Note that the AE-700 is a true High Definition (HD) (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-definition_video) projector, unlike many other units which are called HD High Definition however they simply accept a HD signal and then down-convert the signal to Standard Definition (SD).
The AE-700 can display both 720p and 1080i HD formats and is connected to the Sony PS3 Blu-Ray player via HDMI for optimal picture quality.
All Australian TV channels are now broadcast in digital, with many programs, especially major sporting events, being broadcast in high definition which is at least twice as clear and detailed as DVD. With the TEAC HDB820 you will see your favorite event the way it was meant to be seen and in some cases it's better than being there!"
Along with DVD you can watch all of your favorite BD's at Chata. The Sony PS3 BD player delivers the unbelievable detail and clarity that you expect from BD.
For optimal picture quality the PS3 is connected to the AE700 projector player via HDMI and via an optical fibre TOSLINK audio cable allowing BD's to be heard in Dolby Digital or DTS, if you can drag yourself away from the Chata spa & sauna, you simply won't believe your eyes and ears!
